We are a Guernsey regulated financial services and fiduciary company who offer our professional services and products to Bailiwick individuals and companies.  We provide full financial advice on pensions, investments, mortgages and financial protection.  We also administer our own local pension scheme.

Skills / Qualifications

A basic computer/Microsoft office knowledge and ideally a pass grade in GCSE Maths & English is required as a minimum. Previous office experience is beneficial but not essential.

Office Administrator Role (Full Time 9am to 5pm)

The ideal candidate would have a friendly disposition and an excellent telephone manner as the role will consist of being the first point of contact when clients and third parties visit our offices in person or contact us over the telephone.  The candidate will need to be organised in their approach to work.

Administrative Duties

Greet clients and visitors.

Answer and direct incoming calls.

Liaising with clients and third parties.

Assisting in the preparation of meetings.

General office duties to support the team.
